Small businesses were running operations across four or five tools, Balvi consolidates the entire money and customer cycle into a single workspace.
Balvi was built for service businesses that had outgrown spreadsheets and stitched-together tools but didn't want to migrate to enterprise software.
We built a multi-tenant platform that handles the full cycle: customers, estimates, invoices, products, vendors, bills, bank accounts, and subscription billing, under one workspace.
The platform replaces four or five disconnected tools with one operational layer.
